Jean-Claude Van Damme took to his X profile, formerly Twitter, to deny posts made by a hacker on his social media profile.
A hacker used Jean-Claude Van Damme’s X profile to spread controversial information about his personal and professional life. The incident occurred on January 20.
The posts claimed that Van Damme would give all his money to his alleged girlfriend, Alena Kaverina. The hacker also wrote that the actor was making “bad movie after bad movie” and not paying his employees, among other accusations.

“My dear Alena Kaverina, posing in the bathroom of my apartment in Hong Kong,” the post read, containing pictures of a blonde woman. The hacker’s messages claimed that the profile had not been hacked.
In another post, Van Damme thanked his fans for helping him restore his X account. “None of what has been written here is true. It was all fake CGI and AI stuff,” the actor informed.
The controversial posts were deleted.
